Katie and I visited the Arizona Vegetarian Food Festival in Scottsdale Arizona on a weekend. I wanted to learn how the big cities do a food festival so that I can put on an event like this in the Magic Valley. I think I will call it the Magic Valley Plant Based Food Festival. We will see what happens.
